Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original editorial selection, structure, copy, graphics and Foundation 22 creative material are protected by copyright and related rights. All rights are reserved.
1. Foundation 22 material
The Foundation 22 name, identity, event concepts, editorial presentation, original copy, page compositions, graphic treatments and commissioned material may not be copied, republished, altered, distributed, sold, sublicensed or used commercially without prior written permission.
2. Limited permission
You may access the website and retain reasonable extracts for personal reference or internal evaluation of a genuine Foundation 22 relationship. This does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to reproduce complete pages, proposals, databases, designs, imagery or brand elements.
3. Photographs and audiovisual material
Photographs, video, renders and artwork may be owned by Foundation 22, commissioned creators, venues, partners, manufacturers, agencies, archives or other licensors. Downloading an image from the website does not grant reuse rights. Press or partner use requires written approval and may be subject to credits, territory, duration and purpose restrictions.
4. Third-party trademarks
Automotive manufacturers, venues, charitable organisations, auction platforms, sponsors, partners and other third parties retain all rights in their names, logos and marks. Their presence on the website does not transfer rights to Foundation 22 or the visitor and must not be interpreted as confirmation of a relationship beyond what the page expressly states.
5. Prohibited uses
Without prior written permission, you must not:
- use Foundation 22 material in advertising, merchandise, fundraising, ticket sales or commercial proposals;
- remove credits, copyright notices, watermarks or rights-management information;
- create a misleading association, endorsement, partnership or official account;
- systematically scrape, mirror or republish the website or build a competing database from it;
- use protected content to train, fine-tune or evaluate a commercial generative model or synthetic-media system;
- alter images or copy in a way that misrepresents Foundation 22, a person, vehicle, venue, beneficiary or partner.
6. Press, partner and licensing requests
Requests should identify the material, intended use, media, territory, duration and publication date. Contact legal@foundation-22.org. Permission is valid only when granted in writing by an authorised rights holder.
7. Rights concerns and takedown
If you believe material infringes your rights, send the page URL, a description of the work, evidence of ownership or authority, contact details and the requested action to legal@foundation-22.org. Foundation 22 will review substantiated notices and may temporarily restrict material during review.
